Have either passes or emailed confirmation letter to enter fair gates. Entertainers arriving at the fairgrounds please enter thru one of the two main entrances to the parking lots, (bands for community stage go to credential gate off of McDowell).

Instructions to BANDS & PERFORMERS

If you have LARGE equipment to unload, gather all vehicles with equipment in front of our red walk in entrance.

There will be a loading and unloading area to stage vehicals. Call Caton at 916-947-8230 once ALL Vehicles are in place. Cars will then re-park in main lots.

Performers with little equipment please park in main lots and walk in thru the red walk in entrance.

Community Stage Bands will enter thru credential gate off McDowell, only cars with equipment will be allowed in. You will be directed where to park.

Bands arrive 1hr prior to performance, all other performers please arrive 30min prior to performance. Check in with sound engineer for stage load in instructions.

If you have music please bring on ipod/phone/mp3 player or CD.

Its ok to bring water or soda, there will be water coolers to refill from.

Drummers bring drum carpet.

There are small tent dressing rooms at Main Stage and Community Stage.

Fair provides PA which includes: Speakers, mixing console, microphones with stands, mic cables, monitors and power on stage with a sound engineer to patch you in. Bring power cords if you need them.

THE SCHEDULE IS FULL so please respect the other performers and allow enough time to upload and unload your acts when planning your performance.
