Driving on 99 North:

Take Robertson Blvd. exit (Exit 170). Turn left onto Robertson Blvd. Turn left onto 5th Street. Fairgrounds will be on left hand side.

This is an outdoor stage. There is a tent dressing room.

There will be water and soda at the stage.

Follow highlighted instructions for accessing proper gates!

Strolling Performs arriving early park behind stage and check in with Caton.

Entertainers that have little or no equipment can park outside the fairgrounds and walk thru one of our main entrances.

If you are a Band or have LARGE equipment to unload at the outdoor stage please follow highlighted directions in. Call Caton at 916-947-8230 once vehicles are parked behind stage.

Bands arrive 2hr prior to performance, all other performers please arrive 30min prior to performance.

Check in with sound engineer for audio needs.

If you have music please bring on ipod/phone and CD.

Its ok to bring water or soda.

Drummers bring drum carpet.

Maricopa County Fair

The Maricopa County Fair is held on the Arizona Exposition and State Fairgrounds located off Interstate 10 or 17 at:

Hello and thank you for being part of your fair!

Have either passes or emailed confirmation letter to enter fair gates.

Entertainers arriving at the fairgrounds please enter thru one of the two main entrances to the parking lots, (bands for community stage go to credential gate off of McDowell).

If you have LARGE equipment to unload, gather all vehicles with equipment in front of our red walk in entrance. There will be a loading and unloading area to stage vehicals. Call Caton at 916-947-8230 once ALL Vehicles are in place. Cars will then re-park in main lots.

Performers with little equipment please park in main lots and walk in thru the red walk in entrance.

Community Stage Bands will enter thru credential gate off McDowell, only cars with equipment will be allowed in. You will be directed where to park.

Bands arrive 1hr prior to performance, all other performers please arrive 30min prior to performance.

Check in with sound engineer for stage load in instructions.

If you have music please bring on ipod/phone/mp3 player or CD.

Its ok to bring water or soda, there will be water coolers to refill from.

Drummers bring drum carpet.

There are small tent dressing rooms at Main Stage and Community Stage.

THE SCHEDULE IS FULL so please respect the other performers and allow enough time to upload and unload your acts when planning your performance.

Dance groups and groups with children performing are allowed one(1) chaperone per family.

The vehicle bringing the performer is allowed to park for free. We ask any additional cars and family members help support the fair by paying to park and admission costs.

Entering

All entertainers are to drive in gate B off lake Perris blvd. Performers will be on a gate list.

If your performing on the Press Enterprise stage park near admin office and enter thru walk in gate to the left of the office. After gate turn to left and walk along back road to the back of Press Enterprise stage.

If your performing on the Hispanic Village Stage and have equipment to unload call Jesse and meet at the Sports Pavilion Gate. Located to the left of the Sports Pavilion.


Bands Should arrive 1 hr prior to performance, Dance groups or non equip performers should arrive 30min prior to show time.

To Remember:

If you have music or tracks to be played please bring on a digital device (ipod, phone, mp3) and CD.

The fair provides the sound system which includes: speakers, monitors, mix board, sound tech, mic's and stands.

It's ok to bring in water.

Press Enterprise has a tent dressing room. No dressing room for Hispanic Village Stage.

Driving Directions from HWY 80 take 12 torwads Napa, exit 221/121, drive to napa, fairgrounds will be on your left. Left into main parking lot, enter there you'll be on the Gate List. Follow directions to the entertainment parking. From parking area you will walkthrough a gate and the stage will be to your right. Around 200 feet from parking. There will be an ice chest with water. Drummers bring drum carpet. Call Caton 916-947-8230 upon arrival.

Drive down Franklin turn left on Wilber Right on C street enter parking lot on right. You will be on a gate list under performance name. Drive forward to next gate, call Jesse. He will meet with you and escort you to stage

Colusa Casino Beer Garden / Franklin Road

Drive down Franklin, at road block on Wilber talk with gate personal or move road block pull thru and replace road block. Call Jesse. Contine down Franklin looking for gate on left hand side. Jesse will park you.

Load in Times:

Full bands please be on grounds 2 hours prior to Show time.

Arrival Instructions

You will be driving in on Hwy 49. Turn on to Empire street. Follow directions on attached map. Bands will be on gate list at each gate under their performance name.

Bands for Bandstand Stage:

Go to back carnival gate next to 18481 Sherwood Street, Plymouth, CA 95669 (Private Residence). Call Jesse 530-519-0191

Bands for Picnic Hill and Budweiser Stage:

Enter thru BLUE GATE on Empire road once in first gate continue forward to second gate. Call Jesse 530-519-0191 for load in and parking.
